\rJob Overview

The Auto Body Technician plays a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding the company's commitment to quality, speed, and excellence.

\rKey Responsibilities:
  • \r
  • Ensure consistent execution of our operating plan, WOW, to meet customer expectations.\r
  • Plan and prepare cost estimates for customers, utilizing expertise in vehicle assessment and repair techniques.\r
  • Utilize various tools and equipment to repair vehicle sections, including cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.\r
  • Repair dents, dimples, and other minor body damage using filler resins or hammers when feasible.\r
  • Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.\r
  • Remove and replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts, as well as repair glass and windshields as needed.\r
  • Replace or repair interior parts as necessary.\r
  • Weld and attach or fit parts into place, and prepare vehicles for repainting with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent.\r
  • Achieve work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repaired vehicles to ensure accuracy and quality.\r
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.\r

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.\r
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.\r
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.\r
  • Strong understanding of methods and procedures for repairing vehicle bodies and proficiency in tool usage.\r
\rCompensation Details:

PAY EARNINGS: $25.00 - $27.00/hour, FLAT RATE , ** SIGNING BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCE**
