SEAKR Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital signal processing algorithms for advanced electronics in space applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement digital signal processing algorithms for RF communications, synchronization, and high-speed ADC and DAC systems.
- Develop and test algorithms in MATLAB or similar languages, and validate using hardware co-simulation or C/C++ bit-true modeling.
- Implement algorithms in FPGA or ASIC using Verilog or VHDL.
- Mentor and provide oversight to DSP engineers and/or implementation teams.
- Support project design phases, including system architecture, algorithm exploration, and trade studies.
- BSEE with at least 10 years of experience, MSEE preferred.
- Desired experience in image processing, software-defined radio, channelization/reconstruction, array processing, and radar.
- Active TS security clearance is a plus.
- Competitive base pay range of $120,000-160,000 depending on qualifications.
