Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse

LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week contract in Edgewood, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
  • Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse
  • Clinical experience within the last 2 years
  • Current State Licensure
  • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
