About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment, changing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
  • Perform grounds maintenance tasks, such as mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, and shoveling snow.
  • Assist with the disposal of waste and recyclables.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
