Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. You will work closely with business partners, architects, and other teams to identify complex technical and functional needs of systems based on priority.

About the Role
  • You will lead in the design & development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
  • You will write great quality code with a drive for automated testing and validation based on the You Build You Own (YBYO) model.
  • You will perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.
  • You will research, influence and implement vendor dependency to simplify the architecture.
  • You will implement, maintain and update CI/CD pipelines on a cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Java, .NET, Python, and databases and data modeling/design. The candidate should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You Will Do
  1. You will help lead in the design & development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
  2. You will write great quality code with a drive for automated testing and validation based on the You Build You Own (YBYO) model.
  3. You will perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment and production support.
  4. You will research, influence and implement vendor dependency to simplify the architecture.
  5. You will implement, maintain and update CI/CD pipelines on a cloud environment.
  6. You will collaborate with business partners, architects and other groups to identify complex technical and functional needs of systems based on priority.
  7. You will collaborate with multiple, enterprise-wide distributed performing teams to deliver new capabilities in business applications.
  8. You will design and develop API's for Omni-channel clients.
  9. You will provide technical guidance to Team members.
  10. You will build APIs and UIs to help make use of large data sets, infrastructure and user experience.
  11. You will own the full lifecycle for web software development, from ideas to production.
  12. You will provide programming expertise and business analysis skills within broad business area, usually as a senior member of a project team, in analyzing, designing, modifying, and developing business applications.
  13. You will create and educate on programming specifications from which programs will be written, and designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs.
  14. You will create & review programming documentation and recommends changes in development, maintenance and application standards.
  15. You will analyze and develop logical database designs, data models and relational data definitions across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, etc.).
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Java, .NET, Python.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience with databases and data modeling/design (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Minimum of 5+ years coordinating team efforts in a project or operations environment.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $101,231 - $172,355 per year. This includes a base salary plus bonus and/or commissions.
