Job Title: Paving Sealcoat Laborer

**Job Summary:**

Buck Brothers Asphalt & Concrete is seeking a skilled Paving Sealcoat Laborer to join our team. As a Paving Sealcoat Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to pavement maintenance and repair.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Clean and prepare pavement surfaces for resurfacing
* Apply liquid seal coat and crack seal to pavement surfaces
* Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and other hand tools to ensure a clean surface prior to recoating
* Inspect and maintain equipment and machinery
* Assist with traffic control devices
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

* At least one year of experience preferred
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, managers, and customers
* Ability to produce quality work
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as required
* Must have reliable transportation to arrive at job sites

**Physical Abilities:**

* Ability to lift pounds or ask for assistance
* Ability to twist, turn, and bend continuously
* Ability to push, pull, and carry objects
* Ability to shovel using hands, arms, and legs to complete tasks
* Ability to carry small to large tools in and around job sites
* Ability to walk, stand, and kneel for long periods of time
* Ability to perform small detailed tasks

**Work Environment:**

* Exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles such as dust, dirt, fumes, etc.
* Ability to work in an external environment and under various weather conditions such as frigid cold, extreme heat, and humidity, and exposure to vibration and/or loud noise
