About the Role:

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding patients through their cannabis journey. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be knowledgeable about our products and their effects, and will be able to communicate this information to customers in a clear and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests
  • Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about our products
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work effectively with management and other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Follow Trulieve policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV)
  • Prior experience in retail and/or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
