Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

TRS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
