Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrocardiogram Technician to join our team. As an ECG Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrocardiograms, holter monitors, and ECG management system reports with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrocardiograms, holter monitors, and ECG management system reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assure the interpretation process is completed in a timely manner and maintain all supplies and equipment.
  • Assist physicians with locating reports and preparing for interpretations.
  • Maintain consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties within the department, including maintaining physician interpretation area and ensuring prompt interpretation of all ECGs performed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Preferred minimum of one (1) year experience in a hospital or physician office environment.
  • ECG certification or eligibility preferred.
