Vehicle Alignment Mechanic

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is a leading provider of automotive services and tire sales. We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Alignment Mechanic to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the East York, PA area.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000, plus paid vacations, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Alignment Mechanic, you will:
- Use precision equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles
- Ensure accurate measurement and adjustment of caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce customer's tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, and flat repairs
- Perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
