About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled MRI Imaging Specialist to join our team at Main Line Health. As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image quality.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MRI technology and its applications.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in MRI technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred.
- Graduate of a JRCERT-approved program in Radiologic Technology or MRI approved program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or MRI Certification.
- IV Certification preferred or must be achieved by end of training/onboarding process.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Shift and Schedule:
