Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining radiologic equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI devices
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient safety
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, using techniques such as fluoroscopy and digital radiography
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate of Training in Radiologic Technology or an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
  • Current Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification from the Texas Medical Board
  • ARRT certification within 6 months of hire date
  • BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date
