Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate interventions
- Monitor staffing patterns and census to ensure adequate staffing and budgetary controls
- Participate in facility 'QA' programs and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing, degree preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in state employed
- Three years of nursing experience, with one year in a long-term care environment
