Key Responsibilities- Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Set up and/or install new equipment and systems, as well as maintain and setup equipment used for on-site and off-site locations.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and/or repair equipment and system issues, restore files when necessary, and provide training solutions such as documentation of systems and procedures.
- Network Management: Troubleshoot and repair network issues such as LAN hardware and connectivity, monitor systems resources and usage to analyze performance levels and identify potential issues.
- Backup and Contingency Planning: Maintain backups and contingency plans, monitor user activity and disk space, and work with outside consultants/vendors when appropriate.
- Project Management: Define project scopes for enhancements to software & hardware systems, including task lists, timelines, and budgets, and conduct end-to-end project management.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of IT Technician Experience.
- Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot Win10-11, O365, Adobe, some TCP/IP.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to work with limited supervision and communicate effectively with demanding users in a fast-paced work environment.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to sites in your area to resolve problems that cannot be solved remotely.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate Degree: Associate degree in a related field.
