Intermountain Healthcare is seeking an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients with oncology-related conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
