Job Responsibilities

As a Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic community healthcare setting where you will:

  1. Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy
  2. Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
  3. Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $63,600 - $73,000 based on the national average for a Staff Pharmacist in the United States. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, fully-paid term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
