Candidate Requirements:

• Educational background at Leaving Cert level or higher
• NVQ qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in a culinary environment
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer satisfaction
• Creativity in menu design and food presentation
• Strong communication and listening skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining the kitchen's operational excellence
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as instructed
• Contribute to menu development, staying abreast of culinary trends
• Assist with inventory management as needed
• Ensure the efficient operation of your designated section
