Operations Supervisor

Safety-Kleen in Kimball, NE is seeking a highly motivated Operations Supervisor - Logistics to join their safety-conscious team. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring that all processes are optimized and efficient.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, manage and maintain safe work practices, and train and develop staff. You will also be responsible for verifying and inventorying all inbound items, managing housekeeping processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive health benefits package, we also offer opportunities for growth and development, company-paid training, and tuition reimbursement.

Key qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED;
• Extensive experience in warehouse operations;
• Strong understanding of inventory verbiage, including SKUs, cycle counts, UOM, and housekeeping;
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Forklift experience;
• Ability to verify all outbound loads per DOT regulations.
