RN Manager Medical Telemetry

The RN Manager Medical Telemetry is a leadership position that oversees the daily operations of the Medical Telemetry unit at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital. This role is responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of nurses to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement education programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
