Job Summary

Tower Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to critically ill children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children in the PICU/CCU/SCU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in research and quality management activities to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of pediatric critical care
  • Engage in educational activities to promote professional growth and development
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • PA Registered Nurse License
  • PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
