  • Detect flaws or irregularities and work closely with production teams to resolve and correct issues.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of inspection outcomes for quality assurance purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor to refine and improve quality control protocols.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Capability to stand, walk, and navigate the production area for extended durations.
  • Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Dexterity in using precision tools and equipment.

TRAVEL:

  • This role does not require travel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in quality control or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control within the stone countertop manufacturing sector.
