Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Optician to join our team at Sandia Vision Clinic. As an Optician, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their glasses orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of eyewear, and maintaining a clean and organized optical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with their glasses orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of eyewear.
  • Maintain a clean and organized optical area, including frame boards and patient files.
  • Assist with frame ordering and stocking, ensuring that all frames are properly cleaned and displayed.
  • Participate in sales and goals, including tracking and following up with orders.
  • Assist fellow opticians in being proactive and help with projects.
  • Keep optical area and desks free from clutter and keep organized.
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate minimum basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
