Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements of equipment and systems
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities, including mechanical spaces, to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of building systems, including electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our facilities and services
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License Class C required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of building systems and ability to develop and maintain expertise in one or more areas
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
