We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate mixologist who can create unique and delicious cocktails that showcase the art of handcrafted drinks. As a master mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, controlling beverage stock, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative cocktails and have excellent knowledge of all beverage products. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience at the Tonga Room.

Requirements
  • Proven master of mixology preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
  • Previous point of sale system experience an asset
