Job Title: Seasonal Retail Store Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Store Associate to join our team at Duluth Trading Company. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-merchandised store, and supporting our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
  • Provide personalized service to customers, including greeting, fitting room assistance, and register transactions.
  • Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
  • Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Maintain merchandising, presentation, and display standards.
  • Ensure Company standards for cleanliness and organization.
  • Accurately and efficiently process all register transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Customer-centric with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
