We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant in Lakewood, NJ. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students with special needs to develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in life.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in a 1:1 setting, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other educational meetings to ensure that students' needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- New Jersey State AOTA License.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
