About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst I to join our team at ENGIE North America Inc. as an Operational Technology Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems (OT/ICS) cybersecurity compliance support to our Utility network and plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and processes specific to OT/ICS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cybersecurity policies and procedures are integrated into OT/ICS operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and work with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate cybersecurity risks in OT/ICS environments.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices in OT/ICS.
  • Prepare and present cybersecurity reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees working in OT/ICS environments.
  • Provide support during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring effective communication and coordination with relevant parties.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Certifications in Cybersecurity, networking, or the ability to achieve them.
  • Some experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
  • Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and controls.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISA/IEC 62443 or ISO 27001 series preferred.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices for industrial workplaces.
