Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Esthetician to join our team at Pura Vida Body & Mind Spa Inc. As a Medical Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including facials, chemical peels, and other advanced modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality skincare services to clients, including facials, chemical peels, and other advanced modalities.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized skincare treatment plans for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your treatments.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; esthetician license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a spa or medical setting.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced skincare modalities, such as microdermabrasion and chemical peels.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and treatments, including Skinmedica, ZO, and Alastin.
  • Ability to learn and incorporate new skincare technologies and treatments.
