About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Essential Anesthesia Management on a PRN basis. This opportunity will be based at Seton Highland Lake Hospital in Burnet, Texas, just outside Austin.

Key Features:

  • Flexible PRN scheduling with opportunities for professional growth
  • CRNA-only position with 2 sites of service daily, offering diverse case experiences
  • Cases include general anesthesia, urology, orthopedic, GI, cosmetic, gynecology, and ENT procedures
  • Average volume of 130 cases per month, providing a high level of challenge and engagement
  • Staffing includes 2 CRNAs on-site daily, ensuring a supportive work environment
  • Call schedule is 1:2, offering a balance between work and personal life

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Board certification as a CRNA
  • Proficiency in regional blocks, ultrasound-guided blocks, and peripheral nerve blocks (training available)

Compensation and Benefits Package:
