Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  2. Prepare and serve food and beverages, including sandwiches, salads, and hot bar items
  3. Stock shelves and merchandise displays, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with opening and closing duties
  4. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers
  5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge and contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certification preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous retail or food service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $13-$16 per hour, depending on location, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
