Job Overview

GNC is seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our distribution center and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on distribution center operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, including WMS and WCS systems.
