IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at Chandra Technologies, Inc. in Madison, WI. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting, including completing the hiring process, tracking and monitoring candidate information, selecting and hiring new employees/consultants, and overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process.

• Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and consultants.
• Maintain knowledge and skills related to specific tasks.
• Prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary, and multi-task if needed.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop a network of candidates and maintain an internal database of qualified consultants.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand client needs and maximize service levels.
• Format job requirements from clients and post them on job sites according to company standards.
• Format and submit consultant profiles according to client standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working as a recruiter.
• Previous HR/recruiting experience in the Information Technology industry is highly preferred.
• Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media applications/platforms.
• Flexibility to help out in all areas of recruiting.
• A positive attitude and approach, self-motivation, and professionalism.

A Bachelor's Degree with 1 or more years of recruiting or human resource experience is required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
