Vighter is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN PCU Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing your expertise in nursing practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or eligibility for multistate licensure.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) and ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other relevant certifications as required by the specialty.
