Good Shepherd Hospice is a leading healthcare provider seeking a compassionate LPN to serve our patients and families in the Wichita and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics.

We offer a full-time position with three 12-hour shifts, providing optimal care and support to our patients and families. Our team environment is collaborative and supportive, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and bereavement skills, with the ability to maintain regular communication with RN Case Managers, hospice staff members, and other agencies as needed. They will also be responsible for obtaining data on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that may influence patient/family health status and participating in the Plan of Care.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred
  • Must be of high integrity, including maintenance of confidential information
  • Works as a team player, following directions and adhering to defined care plans
  • Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
  • Can successfully pass background checks

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
