Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care to seniors? Magnolia Place is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and attention to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding. You will work closely with our Health Services Director and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and dignity of our residents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role
  • Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents, reporting any concerns to the Health Services Director.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Encourage participation in activities and promote a safe and happy environment for residents.
  • Respond to resident emergencies, providing first aid assistance and documenting incidents according to company procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current and valid first aid and CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
  • Meet state-related requirements (if applicable to position).
  • Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, fine manipulation, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
