Key Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.

Compensation Package

A competitive salary between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience, accompanied by benefits including merchandise discount and flexible scheduling.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail supervisory experience is essential.
  • A deep understanding of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products.
