Critical Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced adult intensive care or emergency department nurse to join our Critical Care Outreach Team. This team will provide critical care nursing resources wherever patients need it.
As a member of this team, you will be accountable for responding to medical emergencies, proactively providing nursing interventions to at-risk patient populations, and acting as a resource in our intensive care unit.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly visible and dynamic team that is dedicated to designing new models of care. You will have the chance to contribute to and shape the future of our Critical Care Outreach program.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of critical care nursing experience, or ED nursing experience with critical care background. BLS and ACLS Provider certification is required, and an Illinois Board of Nursing license is necessary prior to hire.
