Senior Living Clinical Leader Position

Acoya Cherry Creek is seeking a seasoned Senior Living Clinical Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a positive team player attitude and excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of leading clinical departments in senior living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Act as primary contact for all resident care issues
  • Understand community care regulations and state-specific requirements
  • Provide daily assistance to residents as needed
Requirements
  • RN or LPN with 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living
  • Knowledge of computer systems, particularly Excel and Word
  • Accuracy and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Fingerprint clearance card and previous experience in IL, AL, and MC environments
