About the Role

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all floor surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Use power equipment and chemical cleaners to clean and maintain restrooms, corridors, and other areas.
  • Dispose of Waste: Empty trash cans and recyclables, and use a compactor for certain materials.
  • Perform Deep Cleaning Tasks: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, and spot clean carpets.
  • Replenish Supplies: Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed.
  • Follow Schedules: Adhere to a regular cleaning schedule to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliability and Trustworthiness: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be reliable in your duties.
  • Physical Ability: Be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Previous Experience: Have some prior experience in cleaning and maintenance.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: Work full-time, Monday to Sunday, 7am-1:30pm.
  • Compensation: Earn up to $14.50 per hour.
