Finisher / Conformal Coat Specialist

Job Title: Finisher / Conformal Coat Operator - 2nd Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finisher / Conformal Coat Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying various standard and experimental finishes to production and prototype machined parts. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure proper surface masking and preparation, mixing epoxies and solvents to appropriate ratios by weight, volume, or viscosity. * Prepare surfaces of parts, assemblies, and finished products by cleaning, stripping, abrading, sanding, masking, and stenciling. * Select and mix finishing materials, applying coats and/or touching up products with materials such as paint, acrylic, varnish, enamel, lacquer, and stain. * Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control and procedures. * Work from blueprints and process sheets to develop finishing processes, applications, and techniques where thickness tolerances are critical.
