Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the category management for steel and rolling elements in the North American industrial business division.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual success.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance, quality, and logistics.

Your Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Preferred:

• Experience working with steel and rolling elements.
