Job Opportunity in Blood Banking Laboratory

We are seeking a skilled Blood Banking Laboratory Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform specialized procedures in the laboratory's discipline.
  • Train and teach laboratory personnel and others.
  • Contribute to the continuing education program.
  • Verify and check documentation of less experienced lab personnel.
  • Act as lead in the absence of supervisor/manager.
  • Prepare schedules or draft procedures.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate's Degree in Science
  • Experience is highly preferred
