Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and planners, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise in Civil Land Development, including project management, design, and permitting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, identifying client needs and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Civil Land Development, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
