About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stylist to join our team at Kate Spade New York. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through your expertise in luxury goods and retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience for clients
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and drive business results
• Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to improve client service and sales
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
