  • Ensures student safety during transportation.

  • Fulfills all traffic obligations.
  • Reports incidents promptly to the Transportation Director.
  • Attends mandatory School Bus Driver training sessions.

This position demands exceptional communication skills, proficiency in reading maps, and the capacity to interact cordially with colleagues and students.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No points on driving record.
  • Able to pass a thorough medical examination, including a drug test.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license for at least three years.
Working Conditions:
  • Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Frequent walking on slippery surfaces.
  • Loud noise levels.

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per year.
