Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support.
  • Monitoring vital signs and conducting point-of-care testing as directed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Facilitating communication among the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Documenting patient interactions and care activities accurately in medical records.

Core Duties:
Your role will include supporting nursing staff in various tasks, such as:

  • Responding to patient needs and call lights promptly.
  • Transporting patients as required.
  • Assisting with meal distribution and ensuring patient comfort.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a recognized nursing assistant training program.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.

Additional Skills:
Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous, and familiarity with patient care protocols is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality care.

Licensure and Certifications:
Current CPR certification is required, along with any additional certifications relevant to patient care.
