Role Overview:


The individual will be accountable for the precise verification and enumeration of all products associated with both incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures that all items are intact, free from damage or pests, and that production codes are accurately documented.

The auditor will verify that the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping details of orders align with customer requirements and other specifications.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Conduct thorough counts of all incoming products, cross-referencing with shipping manifests, and inspect all deliveries for any signs of damage, pest issues, and proper production code dates prior to storage.

2. Document any shortages, damages, or shipping errors using the designated forms and communicate these to the relevant parties.
3. Acknowledge receipt of incoming shipments or confirm signatures for outgoing goods as per special requests.
4. Review the contents of outgoing shipments to ensure they are accurately filled and assembled by warehouse staff.
5. Ensure that the quantity, quality, labeling, and shipping addresses match the customer’s order to guarantee complete and accurate outbound shipments.

6. Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required, assisting in the loading and unloading of goods moving in and out of the warehouse as necessary.

7. Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace.
8. Contribute to the security of the warehouse and perform operations in a manner that prioritizes safety.
9. Participate in physical inventory counts.
10. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Must fulfill certification requirements for material handling equipment.
A High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
At least 6 months of experience in warehousing or material handling is preferred.
