Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality and Reliability Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance in aerospace casting products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and systems to ensure aerospace casting products meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize expertise in casting techniques to evaluate and improve casting processes, ensuring consistent quality and performance
- Oversee and conduct inspections, testing, and evaluation of casting components, developing and validating inspection criteria and standards
- Support and monitor quality activities to ensure compliance with QMS/BMS and customer requirements, working closely with suppliers to ensure casting materials and components meet required quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- 5-10 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the aerospace industry with a strong focus on casting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
