Sturdy Health is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to join our well-established and successful team and drive programmatic growth of our Cardiology program.
We are committed to providing the highest level of health care to our primary service areas in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The successful candidate will work closely with the current Cardiology team and administration to provide outstanding patient care in the office and in-patient environments, and to work with the team to drive programmatic growth.
The cardiology services we currently provide in the hospital include nuclear, exercise, and pharmacological stress testing, transesophageal echo, carotid ultrasound studies, ECGs and inpatient consultations.
Office-based patient services include patient visits, exercise and stress echo testing, and standard transthoracic echo imaging studies.
The candidate could participate in ICU-based placement of PA catheters if appropriately trained and of interest.
We are also investing in a new ambulatory outpatient facility on the hospital campus opening in early 2025.
The position will be supported in a partnership with the CardioVascular Center at Tufts Medical Center.
The clinician will have the opportunity to participate in activities of the Tufts Cardiology program, including potentially dedicated time spent in the Echocardiography and/or with other services at Tufts.
