Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment to move goods and materials within the warehouse.
  • Use hand-held RF scanners to track inventory and verify shipments.
  • Participate in daily tasks such as 6S and special projects as assigned.
  • Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
  • Prepare parts and materials for shipments, verify quantities, pack materials, and load trucks.
  • Receive shipments, unload trucks, check shipments for completeness and damage, and record shipments and compile necessary paperwork.
  • Avoid damage to equipment or process due to mistake or carelessness, and maintain a constant safety mindset to prevent injury to others.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Over 1 year up to and including 3 years qualifying experience in a related environment.
  • Daily use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of numbers, including decimals and fractions, and simple use of formulas, charts, tables, schedules, checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data.
  • Valid OSHA certification of powered industrial truck such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc.
  • Proficient in English language, read and write.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • Warehouse management systems such as SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, etc.
Physical Requirements
  • Use of safe lifting techniques while lifting, moving up to 60 pounds of product in elevated and/or difficult positions.
  • Frequent use of pulling trigger and pressing keys on hand-held RF scanner.
